While trick or treating, Phineas, Ferb, and their friends notice a haunted house that wasn't there before. A boy named Russell claims it's haunted, and the group decides to investigate if he's telling the truth.

Inside, they find a pumpkin-headed monster, zombies, and even a graveyard in the basement. But when sparks fly out of the pumpkin-headed monster, they realize it's only a robot, and that Russell and his parents had made a fake haunted house for their amusement.

Meanwhile, Doofenshmirtz declares war on grass and accidentally becomes a were-cow. An angry mob chases him through the town – and he even runs past Phineas and Ferb.

  • The Suite Life of Zack & Cody - 'The Ghost of Suite 613'
    Photo: Disney+

When London shares a story about the haunted Suite 613, the too-cool-for-school prankster Zack wants to see the ghost himself, but his sensitive-to-scares brother Cody thinks it's best to stay away. When London mentions leaving $1,000 in the suite, however, the group goes ghost-hunting.

Muriel tells the story of the ghost of Irene, whose husband left her after their honeymoon stay at the hotel to open a pizzeria with an Italian woman he met during the war.

Zack bets Cody five bucks to stay in the suite for one night, but the plan backfires - doors shut by themselves, a portrait of Irene seems to move, and Esteban becomes possessed during a seance. When Zack ends up running out, Cody reveals it's all been a prank - and now Zack owes him $5.

Later, however, the two brothers go back into the room to collect a blanket - and see the ghost of Irene disappear right before their eyes.

    Most memorable quote:

    Zack: What's the matter? Afraid?

Cody: No, I just had lunch… and you're supposed to wait an hour before you dive into the supernatural.

  • WandaVision - 'All-New Halloween Spooktacular!'
    Photo: Disney+

In a callback to sitcoms of the late 1990s and early 2000s, Pietro (played by Evan Peters, reprising his role from the X-Men series) offers to take his nephews trick-or-treating.

Vision, knowing Maximoff is controlling Westview, explores the borders of the town for answers and finds many of the people frozen, including Agnes. When he touches her, she comes out of a zombie state and claims that Vision is dead.

All of WandaVision is worth the watch, but this episode stands out for really nailing a difficult balancing act of being an homage to past TV shows and having a truly compelling new story.

    Most memorable quote:

Tommy: Halloween is about candy and scaring people. But mostly candy.

Kate tricks Lizzie into cleaning out the janitor's closet for the school's Fright Night Halloween party by telling her she can go as Vampira if she does - but then decides to go as Vampira herself, leaving Lizzie to dress as Floppy the Clown. Lizzie hands out lazy balloon animals that she claims are snakes, worms, caterpillars, and spaghetti.

Meanwhile, Miranda brings her Day of the Dead decorations to the party, which Kate makes fun of. When Matt eats a tamale left as an offering to Miranda's ancestors, strange things begin to happen… and Kate falls victim to an elaborate prank that ends with her dunking her head into a bowl of punch, rubbing chocolate cake over her face, twirling around on one foot, and saying, “Lizzie, Lizzie, please forgive me.”

If you like your candy with a sweet side of revenge, this episode is for you.

    Most memorable quote:

Lizzie: You know what you should go as, Matt? A troll. That way you wouldn't need any makeup.

Matt: Actually, I was going to be the ugliest kid on Earth, but you're already wearing the costume.

When they don't work out, Alex goes back to find a truly terrifying boogeyman named Mantooth, who used to scare Justin when he was younger. Mantooth works a little too well, and Mr. Evans shuts down the haunted house for being too scary. Alex finds the bright side in this, stating that at least the family failed together.

  • Doug - 'Doug's Bloody Buddy'
    Photo: Disney+

After seeing him climbing up to a school tower filled with bats, gossip queen Connie spreads rumors that Skeeter is a vampire, and suddenly the whole town is against him.

Wanting to prove his best friend's innocence, Doug digs through Skeeter's stuff, brushing aside things he thinks are “nothing weird,” including a bloody hook, a monkey's paw, and an opera CD - but then finds a coffin and a vampire day planner behind a closet door.

Skeeter invites everyone over on Halloween night, but Roger throws an anti-vampire party at his mansion at the same time, complete with garlic leis and appetizers. Alone in a house full of decorations, Skeeter is comforted by his father, who tells him, “How could anyone not like you? You're true blue.”

Meanwhile, Doug imagines a world without his best friend, where he'd have to play video games and ping pong alone. Doug convinces his classmates that Skeeter isn't a real vampire, he's just dressed like one for Halloween. Connie, dressed appropriately as a big mouth, apologizes to Skeeter for her own big mouth and the hurtful rumor. Skeeter just seems pleased that his Halloween costume was so convincing.

    Most memorable quote:

    Beebe: And he's really weird.

Doug: That doesn't make him a monster!
